Canada

As some of you know, William and I made a brief trip up north early this August. I was in between semesters and Will managed to get some time off his new job - which is going well, by the way. :) Our trip to Edmonton gave us time to visit with family and friends. Edmonton had the three hottest days of summer while we were there which always makes a trip back to Canada more palatable. :) We stayed with Will's mom, who hosted several family dinners, visited with his sister and her family, my brother and his, and my parents also travelled from B.C. to join in on the reunion. Dad and I are posing in the first photo. :) We don't have a lot of photos, but you can see William's sister's three boys above: cheeky Ellis, stern Josh (he says most things very emphatically), and our intrepid wasp hunter, Ethan. He is fearless. :) Of course, as his mother pointed out, he's never been stung. Nevertheless, we were grateful for his efforts during our outdoor barbecue. We also spent some enjoyable time eating a lot of blueberries and homemade pumpkin pie while playing boardgames and cribbage with the kids at Fred and Deana's . :) They are all growing so fast!
